Empowerment, Inc. is a 501 c3 non-profit agency founded in 1996 by Cedric Allen with the expressed purpose of raising the economic, educational, and social levels of the community which has a substantial unemployed and disadvantaged youth population.  Throught unique and creative offerings, Empowerment, Inc. proposes to lessen the incidence of poverty through education, computer enhancement and employability training.
